Digital Account Specialist

Overview

Jubilant Digital Marketing is seeking a Digital Account Manager to support the Account Service and Paid Media team. The Account Specialist will provide administrative and coordination support for activities related to online marketing. This is a hands-on role, writing project summaries, conducting research, working with clients, creating campaign performance reports, and creating timelines. The Account Specialist will also assist with creating and managing campaigns via Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.

This is a great role to learn more about digital marketing while coordinating key elements of multiple advertising campaigns. Account Specialists are given the latitude to think of new ways to make our clients more money and improve on their marketing.

Jubilant has clients in almost every industry, including local and national companies, as well as several nonprofit clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, public relations, business administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years relevant agency experience, which may include internships.
  • Hands on experience planning and managing campaigns in SEM, Display,  and and partnerships a plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and their best industry/marketing uses (examples: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Display, Programmatic platforms, etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, project management, and research skills.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, strong work ethic, attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Positive, optimistic, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Capacity and willingness to rapidly adapt, thrive, and multi-task in a highly dynamic workplace.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Paid Media Managers to generate and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Manage production workflow between Client and Agency Services to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Update and manage internal project management software.
  • Ensure that each project is delivered on time, with quality control standards, and meets client expectations.
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Work closely with assigned clients and leads to determine needs.
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence.
  • Review and analyze material relative to client needs including consumer research data, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Generate ongoing reports on campaign performance across many online marketing channels.
  • Monitor and update social media campaigns as needed.
  • Create email marketing campaigns as needed.
