Paid Search Director

Overview

Jubilant Digital Marketing is seeking a Paid Search Director. This role will lead,
collaborate, and mentor a team of paid search managers and specialists to drive
performance for Jubilant clients. The position will work across several client accounts
and will focus on strategy, execution, and optimization of assigned Paid search and
Digital Display campaigns.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Mathematics,
    Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years’ experience managing Search, Display and Programmatic ad
    campaigns.
  • Experience managing and optimizing multiple ad accounts in an agency
    environment.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and managing Google Shopping
    campaigns a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).
  • Experience using Google Analytics to interpret insights for clients.
Essential Job Duties:
  • Manage team deliverables and execution, including budget pacing, department
    processes, campaign set up, and optimizations.
  • Be the primary face of Paid Search. Meet with clients regularly in person and over
    Zoom.
  • Be a point of escalation for the Paid Search team by helping with ad copy,
    keyword research, reporting and optimizations when needed.
  • Oversee team management, training, and development.
  • Lead and represent the search team across the organization.
  • Oversee account performance across all client campaigns.
  • Create processes and procedures for campaign and paid media team
    management.
  • Collaborate with other teams including Account Management, Web Development,
    SEO, and Social to align with client needs

 

Paid Search Coordinator

Overview:

Jubilant Digital Marketing is seeking a Paid Search Coordinator. This role will work across several client accounts and will focus on strategy, execution, and optimization of assigned paid search and digital display campaigns. The role will support the Digital Media team and you will work closely with other team members and clients. You will be responsible for many of the day-to-day tactical responsibilities including reporting, asset creation, asset trafficking, and quality control. The Paid Search Coordinator will gain a working knowledge of how search performs in combination with other media, retargeting, programmatic, video, and display.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own reporting deliverables; including pulling and collecting data from all various platforms
  • Assist in media management for assigned accounts from kick-off call, account implementation, strategy, and performance evaluation
  • Develop, launch, and optimize effective paid search and digital programs based on client marketing goals
  • Establish client-specific paid search objectives, strategies, budget estimates, and insights
  • Create, implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns for all assigned accounts, including keywords, creative, targeting, bid strategies and management, landing page strategies, and competitive analyses
  • Implement best practices in program management and account organization
  • Work directly in platforms, most notably Google Ads, Bing Ads, Choozle, and other third-party tools
  • Stay on top of media buying trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn the ins and outs of the media and advertising world, with a deep interest in all things search-related
  • Demonstrated proficiency working in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex calculations, etc)
  • Highly detail-oriented, quality-driven, analytically minded
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a timely manner and with accuracy
