Jubilant Digital Marketing is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Digital Account Manager to join our growing Account Services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in managing client relationships, driving digital strategies, and delivering measurable results.
You will serve as a strategic partner to a range of clients, leading day-to-day communications, shaping campaign direction, and working with internal teams to drive performance across SEO, SEM, Social Media, and other digital channels. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring each client receives thoughtful, proactive support and impactful results.

Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily client communications, serving as the go-to contact for campaign updates, deliverables, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with internal Web Development, SEO, Social Media, and SEM team members.
- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns from ideation through to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Contribute to the development of digital strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
- Prepare and present client-ready reports, performance recaps, proposals, and insights with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and optimization based on campaign data and client feedback.
- Lead and organize client meetings, including weekly or monthly performance reviews and project planning sessions.
- Track and manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple accounts with a keen attention to detail.
- Monitor industry trends to provide clients with recommendations and thought leadership that help them stay competitive.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client services—preferably within an agency.
- Solid understanding of digital channels including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, and content marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to clients and translating technical topics into business outcomes.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting performance data and using it to make informed recommendations.
- Team-oriented and solutions-focused, with a desire to work collaboratively and elevate others.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, or project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Slack, Google Workspace).
