Digital Account Manager

Position Overview

Jubilant Digital Marketing is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Digital Account Manager to join our growing Account Services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in managing client relationships, driving digital strategies, and delivering measurable results.

You will serve as a strategic partner to a range of clients, leading day-to-day communications, shaping campaign direction, and working with internal teams to drive performance across SEO, SEM, Social Media, and other digital channels. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring each client receives thoughtful, proactive support and impactful results.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage daily client communications, serving as the go-to contact for campaign updates, deliverables, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal Web Development, SEO, Social Media, and SEM team members.
  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns from ideation through to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development of digital strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present client-ready reports, performance recaps, proposals, and insights with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and optimization based on campaign data and client feedback.
  • Lead and organize client meetings, including weekly or monthly performance reviews and project planning sessions.
  • Track and manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple accounts with a keen attention to detail.
  • Monitor industry trends to provide clients with recommendations and thought leadership that help them stay competitive.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client services—preferably within an agency.
  • Solid understanding of digital channels including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, and content marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to clients and translating technical topics into business outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting performance data and using it to make informed recommendations.
  • Team-oriented and solutions-focused, with a desire to work collaboratively and elevate others.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, or project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Slack, Google Workspace).

HubSpot & WordPress Development Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented HubSpot & WordPress Development Specialist who will serve as the technical bridge between our clients and their digital marketing goals. This role combines technical expertise with client communication skills to deliver exceptional digital experiences. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs while collaborating with our internal team to implement effective solutions.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • HubSpot Development (30%): Architect and build custom HubSpot solutions including property customization, custom objects, advanced workflows, automation sequences, and API integrations. Translate client requirements into technical solutions.
  • WordPress & Web Development (40%): Maintain and enhance client WordPress sites using Elementor, implement design updates, and ensure optimal site performance and security.
  • Client Communication & Support (20%): Serve as a technical resource for clients, respond to inquiries, provide implementation guidance, and resolve support tickets with clear, non-technical explanations.
  • Web Application Development (10%): Contribute to web application projects using modern development stacks (Node.js, React, etc.) as client needs arise.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot development (CMS Hub, workflows, custom objects)
  • Experience with WordPress and Elementor
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Familiarity with PHP
  • Experience with GIT version control
  • Working knowledge of responsive design principles
  • 3+ years of professional development experience

Soft Skills Required:
