Digital Account Specialist

Overview

Jubilant Digital Marketing is seeking an Account Specialist to support the Account Service and Paid Media team. The Account Specialist will provide administrative and coordination support for activities related to online marketing. This is a hands-on role, writing project summaries, conducting research, working with clients, creating campaign performance reports, and creating timelines. The Account Specialist will also assist with creating and managing campaigns via Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.

This is a great role to learn more about digital marketing while coordinating key elements of multiple advertising campaigns. Account Specialists are given the latitude to think of new ways to make our clients more money and improve on their marketing.

Jubilant has clients in almost every industry, including local and national companies, as well as several nonprofit clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, public relations, business administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience, which may include internships.
  • Hands on experience planning and managing campaigns in SEM, Display, Affiliate Marketing, and partnerships
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and their best industry/marketing uses (examples: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Display, Programmatic platforms, etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, project management, and research skills.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, strong work ethic, attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Positive, optimistic, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Capacity and willingness to rapidly adapt, thrive, and multi-task in a highly dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Paid Media Managers to generate and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Manage production workflow between Client and Agency Services to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Update and manage internal project management software.
  • Ensure that each project is delivered on time, with quality control standards, and meets client expectations.
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Work closely with assigned clients and leads to determine needs.
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence.
  • Review and analyze material relative to client needs including consumer research data, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Generate ongoing reports on campaign performance across many online marketing channels.
  • Monitor and update social media campaigns as needed.
  • Create email marketing campaigns as needed.

Social Media Manager

Overview

Jubilant is seeking a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing, executing and reporting on client social media campaigns. This position will play a critical role in planning, managing and executing on consistent strategies that offer engaging content across all social platforms. In addition, this position will curate clients’ blog content alongside the Content Development team, as well as provide consistent and regular analytics for social media engagement. This role requires a strong writing skill set in both social/digital writing and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, public relations, business administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years’ relative experience, which may include internships.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, both the organic and paid side
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Effective oral and written communication skills. Bonus trait: Master storyteller
  • Creative and able to think outside-of-the-box to create unique and winning social media marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall direction and lead strategic planning efforts for social media across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create, curate, manage, and publish relevant, original content for organic social media channels
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to audience in a way to build brand awareness, trust, and to cultivate new leads
  • Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to help attract new customers and retarget existing audiences – including creative, trafficking, testing/troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Measure, analyze, and report on goals and channel performance
  • Stay connected and informed on the best practices for social media
  • Create strategic content for blog articles and email campaigns as needed
  • Edit and proofread website content, client presentations, etc. as needed

Digital Media Coordinator

Overview

Jubilant Digital Marketing is looking for an organized critical thinker to join our Marketing team as a Digital Media Coordinator. The coordinator will play a critical role in driving our profitable growth by assisting in the management of multiple, complex digital campaigns across multiple verticals. You will do this by managing the creation and successful implementation of digital acquisition programs (SEM, Display, Retargeting, etc…), optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, and providing regular reporting on overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, public relations, business administration, or related field.
  • Entry level – two years related work experience. This can include internships.
  • Must have a genuine interest in digital marketing and be willing and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to learn and stay informed on the latest digital marketing and lead gen trends
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills with ability to identify and execute solutions
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving – must be good with numbers and able to analyze data to tell a story
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
  • Desire to be creative and innovative in a fast-paced, growing organization

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and optimizations of digital campaigns such has SEM and Display
  • Measure, monitor, and report on performance metrics in a regular reporting cadence and occasional ad-hoc reporting
  • Write and edit ad copy to effectively reach desired target audience
  • Assist in Google Ads account management to enhance and improve campaign performance
  • Perform keyword research and study demographic data and consumer profiles, to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth
