Social Media Coordinator

Position Overview:

Jubilant is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our Social team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion for creating and implementing social media strategies, developing engaging content, and managing Social Media communities while staying on top of trends. In this role, you’ll assist with creating, scheduling, and monitoring content and campaigns across our clients’ social media channels. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in social media or marketing who is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that aligns with the clients’ voice and goals.
  • Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to audiences in a way to build brand awareness, trust, and cultivate new leads.
  • Assist with developing and executing social media advertising campaigns to help attract new customers and retarget existing audiences – including technical setup, creative, trafficking, testing/troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Assist in tracking and compiling client-specific social media metrics and reporting on campaign success, using analytics tools like Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or native platform insights.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and industry insights to bring fresh, innovative ideas to client campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple social media accounts across various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, audience engagement, and analytics.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different clients/brands.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social. Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic graphic design or video editing experience (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar).
  • Experience collaborating on paid social campaigns or influencer outreach.
  • Understanding of agency workflows and client communication.
